According to the PTI report, the message was already conveyed that two pitches should not be touched so that they can be made suitable for playing matches during the Champions Trophy in a very short time. There is still doubt whether those two pitches were used in the playoffs of ILT20 or not.

The Dubai ground is always known for slow wickets and very big scores are not made here.
