Bangladesh ‘A’ team has left for Australia to play the Top End T20 series. A total of 11 teams will participate in the tournament. Before leaving the country yesterday (Friday) night, Bangladesh ‘A’ team captain Nurul Hasan Sohan spoke about the challenges in the upcoming series.
Before leaving the country for Australia, Sohan said in front of the media, “The conditions we are going to are a big challenge for everyone, but also a good opportunity. We will try our best from our place and play in the final. We have to give 100 percent. We have to play as a team. If we follow the process, InshaAllah, good things will happen.”
Sohan is knocking on the door of the national team after doing well in the country’s domestic cricket. However, for now, Sohan is keeping his focus on the Australian tour, “Now I am going for Australia, I am focusing here, I want to do well here. The rest is up to Allah.”
Bangladesh and Pakistan ‘A’ teams will face each other in the opening match of the series on August 14. Pakistan Shaheens (A team) are playing in this popular T20 tournament to be held in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia for the third time. On the other hand, Bangladesh ‘A’ team lost to Adelaide Strikers Academy in the 2024 final.
