3. James Burke holds the world record
Australian cricketer James Burke scored 1,280 runs in 44 innings across 24 matches from 1951 to 1959 without ever getting out for zero. RA Duff played 40 innings in 22 Tests between 1902 and 1905. He scored 1,317 runs in those innings, with an average of 35.59.
