Rituraj Gaikwad captained the Chennai Super Kings for the first time in the Indian Premier League this season. His captaincy was average, as he gave several players chances, but they did not perform well. Although Rituraj played well with the bat, he scored low in crucial matches. If he wants to become a successful captain in the IPL, he needs to learn and improve in many areas.
