There were representatives of 17 clubs from the first division in today’s meeting. The clubs have sought financial opportunities from the federation. After discussing with the marketing committee, verbal assurances have been given to the clubs regarding sponsorship/support. The two clubs relegated from last season’s Championship League are scheduled to join the first division. There is an emergency meeting of the Professional League Committee at the BFF building tomorrow afternoon.
