Barcelona said in a statement regarding the contract, “Barcelona and Lamine Yamal have agreed to extend his contract until June 30, 2031.” The statement added, “This agreement is proof of the solidity of Barca’s project. Yamal’s emergence on the world football stage has been quite exceptional. He made his debut on April 29, 2023, at the age of just 15.”
